We watched the clouds build as we sat on the patio in the sunshine, chatting to our guests. “It won’t come to much, will it?….” was the general concensus. 30 minutes later the heavens opened, toying with our efforts to gather newspapers, books, information packs, wooden furniture and Dog in out of the rain. The vegetable patch and gardens looked instantly greener and the vines lifted sun weary limbs to the sky. Another 30 minutes passed, the clouds disappeared, sun once again spread over Casa das Videiras bed and breakfast. Normal service resumed!
